This Fall聽2025聽semester, we are excited to once again host a fully in-person career fair here at our聽Newark, NJ campus.听 This event is an聽excellent opportunity to gain access to a diverse group of students from a broad range of academic majors and degree levels who are seeking full-time roles, co-ops, and internships.听

Regular career fair participants include: ADP, Audible, Crestron Electronics, Colgate-Palmolive, FDM Group, GAF, Getinge, Johnson & Johnson, JPMorgan Chase, Langan Engineering, L鈥橭real, Merck, NAVAIR, NJ Transit, Optum,聽Parette Somjen Architects, Prudential, PSEG,聽Stryker, Tata Consultancy Services, Turner Construction, UPS, and Verizon.听

Registration Deadline:聽 Friday, September 5th (or earlier if capacity is reached)

Registration Options:

Standard Registration Includes:

• Participation of 2 representatives from your organization (with optional add-on of up to 3聽additional representatives)
• 6-foot rectangular table and 2 chairs for the duration of the event
• Parking, shuttle service, and lunch included

Event Sponsor Add-on Includes:聽

• Prime table location at the event.
• Inclusion of organization logo on flyer,聽event big screen, and printed directory
• Priority selection of聽information session and interview dates before and after the fair
• Opportunity to participate in career fair workshop leading up to the event
• Preferred on-campus parking

Premium Event Sponsor Add-on Includes:聽

• All of the Event Sponsor benefits listed above
• Promotion through a targeted email blast and social media post

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Payment Deadlines:聽 Registrations under the early bird rate must be paid by August 8th.听 Registrations under the the standard rate must be paid by September 5th.
• Cancellations: All cancellations must be emailed to pyoung@njit.edu by August 16th for a full refund. 聽Cancellations received after August 16th will receive a refund minus $100 administrative fee. 聽No refunds will be made after September 5th.听
• Registrant Responsibility:聽Submission of an 麻豆社 career fair registration obligates the organization and listed contact representative to be responsible for payment of all listed registration fees. 聽Registered organizations who do not attend the career fair are responsible for full payment unless they meet the requirements of the Payment and Cancellation Policy.
