A contract cancelation appeal is a formal request to be released from your housing contract or associated charges. Appeals are for students facing significant changes in circumstances that: Â
a) prevent them from fulfilling the contract, and
b) cannot be resolved within the residence hall system. Â
Appeals are accepted with required documentation. Your appeal must clearly demonstrate a significant change in circumstances that has occurred since you signed the housing contract. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee its approval. Decisions (full, partial, or denial) are emailed in 7-10 business days.
