Below is an approximate schedule of operations for the Â鶹Éç mailroom.Ìý Actual times may vary depending on external deliveries from USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.

Schedule of Operations

The below times are approximate:

Ìý 08:30 am Â鶹Éç mailroom opens.Ìý Mail is picked up from the Newark US post office and is sorted in the Â鶹Éç mailroom by department.
Ìý 10:30 am UPS Express and FedEx Express drivers deliverÌý"express" packagesÌýto Â鶹Éç mailroom.Ìý UPS will also deliver some UPS ground packages at this time.
Ìý 11:00 amÌý Â鶹Éç mailroom staff deliver incoming mail, interoffice mail and packages to departments and will pick up outgoing and interoffice mail.Ìý This takes several hours depending on volume.
Ìý 2:00 pm UPS Ground and FedEx drivers deliver regular packages to Â鶹Éç mailroom.Ìý They will pick up any outgoing packages at this time.
Ìý 3:30 pm Â鶹Éç mailroom staff will deliver outgoing mail to the Newark post office.
Ìý 4:30 pm Â鶹Éç mailroom closes.
Ìý Note DHL deliveries and pickups are usually scheduled by appointment only.Ìý ÌýPlease notify the mailroom if you have scheduled with DHL.
