Graduate Level: Graduate students (all colleges and majors)

All international graduate students are required to attend theÌývirtual international student orientation in order toÌýprepareÌýfor their first semester at Â鶹Éç.

You may access the virtual F1 International Student Essentials orientationÌýcourseÌýinÌýÌýusing your UCID and password. If you have not claimed your UCID, you can do itÌý.

Orientation will include:
  • An online orientation platform
    • Everything you will want to know about Â鶹Éç!
  • Virtual academic advising session
    • Your academic advisor willÌýdiscuss theÌýcourses you need to take during your first semester, your Â鶹Éç curriculum, and an overview of the major and the department.
  • Optional webinars
    • Learn more information about applying for a visa, planning your arrival in NJ, and more!
    • Connect with the staff to ask any questions you may have.
Through participation in orientation you will:
  • Get acquainted with the important resources to be successful at Â鶹Éç​​.
  • Hear about how to get involved in student organizations, clubs, service opportunities, and much more.
  • Learn more about student life as a campus resident or commuter.
  • Meet and connect with Â鶹Éç staff who will be assisting you throughout your program.
