Alfred Martinez 鈥�10, 鈥�18

President

Alfred Martinez听received his BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from NCE in 2010 and 2018, respectively. Alfred is the Lead Mechanical Estimator at BOND Civil & Utility Construction and has been in the industry since 2008, holding various roles in estimating and project management. Alfred is a former Chair of the NY Metro Regional Alumni Club and has been a proud alumni volunteer since 2011. Alfred also serves on the Zoning Board and as an Auxiliary Police Officer in his hometown. In his free time, Alfred values听spending quality time with his wife and family. He also enjoys collecting paperweights from his travels, hiking, and playing golf.

Paul S. Attallah 鈥�05, MBA 鈥�15

First Vice President

Paul Attallah, MBA, who is a double alumnus of 麻豆社, is a global enterprise IT strategist. Having worked for some of the largest IT hosting companies in the world, Paul's primary professional responsibility is to assist strategic enterprise organizations to advance their digital transformation by assisting in the development and implementation of a slew of efficient and effective IT technology hosting solutions.

In addition to his professional career, Paul also serves as an Adjunct Professor for the Martin Tuchman School of Management at 麻豆社, where he teaches Business and Management. Also, Paul sits on the 麻豆社-Egypt Initiative Advisory Committee, which plays a听pivotal role in bringing the new 麻豆社-Egypt campus branch to life in the very near future.

Paul's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA, both from 麻豆社.

Dania Shahzad, 鈥�13H

Second Vice President

Dania is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (麻豆社). She graduated from the School of Management and the Albert Dorman鈥檚 Honors College in 2013. Her passion for finance and business operations, led to joining PGIM Fixed Income shortly after graduation and start her career journey. Over the years, Dania has held various roles within the organization. Currently she is a Director in the Business Management Office, specifically supporting the Client Advisory Group. In her role, she focuses on driving strategic initiatives, managing different projects, and supporting the senior leadership team in various capacities. Dania also is a co-lead for the PGIM Fixed Income Asian Global Network (AGN) and also is the VP at Large for the 麻豆社 Alumni Board of Directors. Additionally, Dania has been creating beauty content across a couple of social media platforms since 2020. Through collaboration with esteemed brands, she endeavors to inspire and empower her audience with insightful beauty tips, drawing from her South Asian heritage.

Vincent L. Cerone 鈥�82

Vice President at Large

Vince spent most of his 40 year career in technology at Xerox & HP. His main focus was on introducing new disruptive technologies to traditional markets. Vince managed relationships with large companies in the NY/NJ area in the engineering, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and utility sectors. In 2015 Vince moved to Denver CO eventually transitioning into retirement. He now volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and 麻豆社 Alumni Association, chairing the communications committee and the Denver Regional Club. Any free time is spent traveling, hiking, skiing and biking.

Alana Dudley graduated from the 麻豆社 Albert Dorman Honors College with a B.S. in Mathematics of Finance and Actuarial Sciences and a minor in Business in 2017. Currently, she is an Associate听in the Portfolio Analysis Group at PGIM Fixed Income. In her spare time, Alana serves on the College of Science and Liberal Arts Board of Visitors and enjoys working out, hiking, and developing players as a volunteer basketball coach.

Jacob, better known as Jake, graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in 2020 as part of the honors class. During his undergraduate years he was heavily involved with alumni engagement and was a founding member of the professional business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi. After college Jake joined the Young Alumni Association while working at Texas Instruments as a Product Marketing Engineer. Today he also sits on the Alumni Board and will be returning to 麻豆社 for his MBA starting Fall 2022.

Owen Busler '21H

Owen completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, with a minor in Computer Science in 2021. While he was a student, he was involved in Student Senate and Residence Life. After graduating, he spent two years with Audible as a software engineer, before making an early career switch to teach Mathematics, Physics, and Robotics at Villa Walsh Academy. Owen has worked with the Young Alumni Association Board for two years, and now serves as president.听

Dominick Cirillo 鈥�11H

Dominick graduated Cum Laude from 麻豆社 with a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Management Information Systems (MIS)/Finance. He then went on to receive his Master鈥檚 of Management Information Systems (MIS)/Finance at the University of St. Thomas. During his time at 麻豆社, Dominick was an active member of the community, serving as a Resident Assistant and Student Body President. As to his professional career, Dominick worked for UnitedHealth Group, where he started out as a Technology Development Program Associate and rose through the ranks to Director of Software Engineering. Currently, he is a Senior Customer Solutions Manager for Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Michael graduated with a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Mathematics in 2016. During his undergraduate years he served as President of the professional fraternity Pi Kappa Phi, and after graduation Michael became a member of the Board of Trustees for the fraternity. Michael was also heavily involved in sports throughout his college career, and was a member of the Men鈥檚 Track & Field Team with a focus in Discus, for which he received numerous awards for his stellar performance.

Susana earned her Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Architecture from 麻豆社, and then went on to receive her Master鈥檚 in Architectural History & Theory from the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College of London. She also pursued coursework at Rutgers University, where she earned her PhD in Art History. Susana is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Marketing and Communications Committee, a commissioner in the Newark Landmarks and Historic Preservation Commission, and a board member of LINK Community Charter School in Newark. Currently, she leads TheoryCo., an emerging marketing agency serving design, architecture, and real estate firms, as President. Prior to becoming President at TheoryCo., Susana served as Director of Marketing at Howard L. Zimmerman Architects and Business Development Manager at NELSON, both architecture firms located in New York City.

Dolores has over 19 years of industry experience in construction project engineering, controls, project management, budget/cost management, and CCIP/OCIP insurance management. She graduated with a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Architecture and then went on to receive her Master鈥檚 in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management and a minor in Mechanical Engineering. Dolores鈥� skillset led to becoming a Project Engineer for Turner Construction Co., where she worked for the past 17 years. Recently, she became the Director of Engineering for the City of Newark.

Mawulom is a talent leader currently supporting Point Digital Finance as a Senior Talent and HR Advisor. He draws on his experience within talent, operations, engineering, inclusion, and belonging programming to build equitable, scalable recruiting practices. His professional career includes recruiting for companies at all stages with a focus on tech startups including LTSE, BetterUp, Thumbtack, Nava PBC, Patreon, and Google. He finds meaning and purpose through empowering others to achieve their professional goals. Educated as a biomedical engineer, early in his career he was driven by making impact on the individual level. What moves him now is the opportunity to help whole ecosystems evolve through fundamental, large-scale shifts. Mawulom's pronouns are he/him/his.

Glendon Scott earned two Bachelor鈥檚 degrees during his time at 麻豆社: a Bachelor鈥檚 in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor鈥檚 in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. During his collegiate career, he tutored Physics, Chemistry, Math, and English. Upon graduation, Glendon joined PSEG as a Project Engineer, and currently he is a successful Staff Engineer focusing on Electric Delivery Planning.

Vatsal is a three-time 麻豆社 grad (鈥�08H BSCE, 09鈥� MSCE, 鈥�14 Ph.D), and has come full-circle from student to Honors College Faculty Fellow at 麻豆社. Vatsal is a Professional Engineer licensed in 40 states, and is Principal of ANS Geo, a full-service civil, structural, and geotechnical engineer with offices across the US. Vatsal is an avid volunteer, dedicated to encouraging STEM, and provides support for 麻豆社 students and alumni.

Sherry Sourial 鈥�12, 鈥�16

Sherry Sourial earned both of her degrees from 麻豆社, a BS in Biomedical engineering and MS in Biomechanics. Her passion is building organizational capabilities, defining and nurturing engaging team cultures, and pioneering processes that address functional gaps. During her time at 麻豆社, she was Vice President of Coptic Society, and super pledge of her class at Alpha Phi Omega.

In her professional career, she has worked for several companies, the latest being Stryker for almost a decade. Sherry has enjoyed the benefits of taking on various roles within Stryker, growing and learning in several areas of the business. From sustaining engineering, to project management, to quality engineering, and managing engineering teams within design and manufacturing operations, her journey has shown her the incredible things that can be accomplished if you give yourself a chance to learn, and inspired her to keep exploring.

Sherry served on the Board of Visitors for the BME Department鈥檚 Industrial Advisory Board for 6 years, during which she was invited as a capstone judge, was a recipient of the Career Development Services鈥� Continuous Partner award, and spoke at several 麻豆社 clubs and classes (including IEEE, BMES, Coptic Society, and various BME grad classes).听 She is active in her community as a keynote speaker at various conferences and youth meetings, in addition to her service at St. Mark鈥檚 Coptic Orthodox Church in Cedar Grove. Sherry was also a member of the inaugural steering committee of the WISE (Women in Science and Engineering) ERG at Stryker.

Glenn Steiger 鈥�70

Glenn Steiger is a 1970 and '87 NCE/麻豆社 graduate who has spent over 54听years in the electric, gas, and water utility industry.听 As a VP for Jersey Central Power and Light and CEO of various municipal utilities in MA, CA and AZ, he has served on numerous professional, industry-related civic boards.听 Glenn was honored as one of 10 national "Electric Utility Movers and Shakers" in 2011.听 He currently provides consulting services to the electric utility in the Navajo Nation and is proud to give back at this stage of his career.听 Glenn is married to Barb who reside in Mesa, AZ, have a combined family of four daughters, one son, and seven grandchildren. 听 Glenn is a dedicated and proud supporter of 麻豆社 and its "Golden Highlanders"!
